1. We also find ball valve and gate valve in API 6D and API 600. What's the difference between API 6A and API 600 & API 6D?
API 6A valve is high pressure valve, and its manufacturing requirement is much higher than API 600 or API 6D. We can define that API 6D and API 600 valve is low pressure valve. Pressure definition is also different. For API 600 or API 6D, it is 600lb, 900lb and 1,500lb, but for API 6A valve, it is 2,000psi, 3,000psi and 5,000psi.
2. Can you supply FMC or SPM original Chiksan union or spare parts?
What we supply is china original made, and our hammer union is interchangeable with FMC and SPM union.
3. Do you have any stock for well testing equipment?
NO. Well testing equipment is customerized. We should confirm every technical details with clients before we start the production. so there is no any stock.
4. What is quality gurantee period?
It is 12 months after use, and 18 months after delivery, whichever comes first.
5. Can you do DDP delivery term?
NO. Normally We do FCA or CIF term by sea. If client change to air frieight, client should pay extra cost.
6. Is your price competitive?
We are a high quality equipment supplier in east China, located in Shanghai. We have the very strict quality control according to API 6A and ASME VIII. We have our own qualified inspectors, and they will first inspeciton, process inspection, and final inspection. So our price is higher than Indian manufacturer or Pakistan manufacturer.
7. Is that possible to get a sample?
If the sample value is less than 100 USD, we can supply the sample. but for sincerely cooperation, clients should pay the express fee.
8. Is it possible to do TPI?
TPI is acceptable. but clients should pay TPI cost. Usually, it is 850 -950 USD /person/day for BV, L'R, DNV, SGS and ect. ASME U Stamp is another cost.
9. Where is your nearest port?
Shanghai port
10. What is your minimum order value for small fittings?
Our minimum order value is 500 USD. Although order value is small, our labor fee is the same. So we have to balance company cost.
